The only appointments available were for the SAME DAY as my travel, exactly 13 days from now. So to summarize - just call 15 days before your flight and tell them it is in 13 days and you'll get your appointment easily.That was fine with me and I picked it up on Nov 4th. Because I live 10 mins away from this passport agency and my flight was within 2 days - the lady asked if I can pick up my passport tomorrow.When I arrived for my appointment on Nov 3rd - I just printed my actual booking for Nov 5th - your flight must be within 72 hours after appointment - so I was fine, no questions asked.Slots were available for any time between 8:30am and 11:30am - I could even pick one I like the most.

They asked for booking # - I just told them my real #.

My flight was on Nov 5th, but I called them on Oct 21st and told them that my flight is on Nov 3rd and that I need appointment for Nov 3rd.

For example all slots for December 14th will open on December 1st, 8am.

Their slots open 13 days before the actual date.

Okay, here few things after couple days of research and what I did: When you hear the recording again PRESS 2 for a representative to help you make an appointment.īy this time it should be EXACTLY 8am Eastern time (do not press the last 2 until it is actually 8am or it will say they are still closed), and your wait time should only be a few minutes, and you will have first dibs on the new full day of open appointments. Then listen to the recording and PRESS 2 to continue. When the automated voice talks again PRESS 1 again. When you hear the automated voice PRESS 1 for English.
